Haley’s passion for creating exceptional living spaces began at a young age, eagerly delving into computer programs to design interiors even before her teenage years. Pursuing her ambitions, she studied Interior Design and Construction Management at Illinois State University, forging a strong foundation in both aesthetic principles and practical considerations. Haley ventured into the world of interior design, starting in the commercial furniture industry. Demonstrating her mastery in the field and dedication to delivering outstanding results, she earned the NCIDQ certification, an industry-recognized standard for interior design professionals. Seeking new horizons, Haley transitioned to a reputable commercial and residential design-build firm, where she assumed a leadership role, guiding a team of talented designers. It was during this pivotal stage of her career that she crossed paths with Jon, the owner of MoBA Construction. Recognizing their shared values and creative synergies, Haley seized the opportunity to collaborate and joined forces with MoBA full-time. This partnership allowed her to channel her creativity and precision, blending artistic expression with thoughtful, methodical design. At the core of Haley's true passion lies the creation of functional homes that authentically reflect the unique personalities and styles of her clients.
