Bathroom remodeling,
considered in every detail.
Comfort, storage and lighting that work together
to make daily routines feel easier.
Design & construction
Your routines
shape the room.
We want to hear what it’s actually like to use your bathroom. What ends up on the counter because it has nowhere to go? Are two people trying to get ready at once? What do you enjoy about the room, and what has bothered you for years?
We also want to know what you’re drawn to. Color, natural materials, a particular atmosphere, or a bathroom you’ve saved because something about it just feels right. You don’t need to know how to pull it together.
Those conversations help us decide what deserves space, what needs to change and where a custom solution could make a meaningful difference. The layout, storage, lighting and materials grow out of how you want to live in the room.

The people behind the work
We’re Jon & Haley.
We bring different design perspectives to the same project, and we work through ideas together.
Haley, our NCIDQ-certified interior designer, leads the design process. She helps you explore the possibilities, develop the layout and bring materials, lighting and selections into a room that feels like you.
Jon brings design expertise shaped by an architectural background and hands-on construction experience. He contributes to the proportions, custom elements and details that give a room its character, while working through how those ideas will be built.
Jon also leads construction on site. He understands the thinking behind the design and brings that same eye to the work as it takes shape. When an existing condition raises a question or a detail needs adjusting, he considers what that decision means for the finished room.
You work directly with us, and we stay responsible for carrying those ideas through.

Before you get started
Bathroom remodeling
questions.
A few things to know about planning a bathroom remodel with us.
How much should I budget for a bathroom remodel?
The room size, layout changes, shower construction, tile, cabinetry and fixtures all affect the cost. During the initial phone consultation, we discuss a broad budget range for your goals. Detailed pricing comes after we develop the design, selections and scope through preconstruction.
How do you help us decide what is worth spending on?
In a bathroom, better storage or a more usable shower may matter more to you than keeping a separate tub. We talk through those priorities, what each option changes and where custom work adds something useful. Waterproofing, ventilation and sound installation remain part of planning a room that holds up to daily use.
What does the paid site consultation include?
We meet at your home to look at the existing bathroom, discuss what you want to change, and consider the opportunities and constraints. It helps us determine the next step. The consultation fee varies with project complexity. Design development and detailed estimating follow under a separate paid Design & Preconstruction Agreement.
What should I send before the phone consultation?
Photos of the existing space are required before the initial phone consultation. Send a few clear views that show the room’s layout and condition. Inspiration images, drawings and any existing plans are also helpful, but optional.
You can upload files with your inquiry or send them afterward. You do not need photos or finished plans just to reach out.
Do I need a design or selections before contacting you?
No. It helps to know what isn’t working now and what you hope will feel different. Haley leads the design process, with Jon contributing his design and construction perspective. We’ll help you work through the options. If you already have plans or selections, send them so we can see where you’re starting.
Can you change the layout or replace a tub with a shower?
Yes, we can explore those options. We look at room dimensions, plumbing, structure, ventilation and how the bathroom will be used. Moving walls or plumbing can change the scope and cost, so those decisions are worked through during design and preconstruction.
How long will the project take, and when can you start?
Design, selections, product lead times and construction each need time. We discuss your timing and our availability during the initial phone consultation, then develop the schedule around the agreed scope and materials. We confirm the construction schedule before work begins.
Can we live at home during the remodel?
Often, if another usable bathroom is available, but it depends on the scope and your household. Plan for the bathroom being remodeled to be out of use during construction. If it is your only full bathroom, we need to discuss an alternative arrangement before work begins, along with access, protection and expected disruption.
Where do you work?
We work in Peoria and nearby Central Illinois communities. Include your project location when you contact us so we can confirm whether your home is within our service area.
